At Darya Natural Glow, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Please note that we do not accept returns. However, exchanges are available only in the case of a product defect or damage upon arrival.

To process an exchange, the customer must provide clear photos of the defective or broken item to our WhatsApp or Social Media direct messages.
Once verified, we will replace the product free of charge.
